PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of Mt. Olympus Improvement District, Salt Lake County, Utah, that an election will be held on:

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2019

FOR THE ELECTION OF ONE (1) TRUSTEE TO THE BOARD OF SAID DISTRICT.

Each person seeking to become a candidate for this elective office shall file a Declaration of Candidacy form in person with the District Clerk (3932 South 500 East). The filing period is from Saturday, June 1, 2019 through Monday, June 10, 2019 during normal office hours (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and not later than 5:30 p.m. on the last day of filing (17B-1-306).

Candidate qualifications are:

1.            Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing.

2.            Be at least 18 years old.

3.            Be a Resident of the Local District.

4.            Be a Registered voter at the residence within the Local District.
