Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis & Rate Study

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Mt. Olympus Improvement District (the “District”) intends to adopt an Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for the provision of public sewer facilities of the District. The Board of Trustees of the District will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the District, 3932 South 500 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis. The District will also hold the public hearing in order to receive input and consider approval and adoption of a Wastewater Rate Study. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome.
Copies of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis are available for public review at the District’s office, on the District’s website, and in public libraries within the District’s boundaries. A copy of the Wastewater Rate Study is available for public review at the District’s office. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the District will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
